Our Covid-19 Policy

Following the Government's easing of restrictions as we head back towards a New Normal, we would like to reassure all of our customers that will continue to take Covid precautions as follows -

      In the showroom -

• We will continue to regularly clean all high-touch contact areas and all sample doors.

• We will maintain a safe social distance during your visit.

• We have hand sanitiser for customer and staff use.

• We can reassure our customers we have both been double-jabbed but will continue to wear face coverings during your visit if you prefer us to.

• There is no requirement for you to wear face a covering during your visit if you have been triple-jabbed; if you choose to, then we will also.

• If you have not been triple-jabbed, may we ask that you continue to wear a face covering if you can.

      In your home -

• We will continue to wear face coverings on home-visit appointments if you wish.

• We will carry hand sanitiser and maintain a safe distance when inside your house.

• We will visit to measure only, and will spend the minimum required time in your home.

• All subsequent designs and quotations will be sent by e-mail.

• While you are very welcome in our showroom, we are happy to deliver sample doors etc to your home to minimise showroom visits if you prefer.
